At the University of North Texas, we renovated what was the child development center into the College of Education's dean's suite. This multi-trade 4,000 SF project included abatement, demolishing all walls, building out new offices, a breakroom, ADA restrooms, & installing new LED lighting, LVT flooring, & feature wall treatments.
